Each necklace is made to hold a story — and stories come in different forms:
Shapes: Circle, (Rectangle, Heart, Tube-Coming Soon)
Materials: Stainless Steel, (Gold-Filled, 925 Sterling Silver,Gold) - Cooming soon
Sizes: Slightly vary by material (example: Gold-Filled Small = 8mm, Stainless Steel Small = 9mm) Circle 20 mm- Available
Necklace chains also vary slightly in finish and weight depending on the metal:

You choose:
What’s on the front (photo, fingerprint, name)
What’s on the back (QR, coordinates, or short message)
We hand-polish, laser engrave, and assemble your necklace in our studio in Crete 🇬🇷.

❓ Q: How does the customization process work?
A: It’s simple — and personal.
Just upload your photo, audio clip, handwriting, or coordinates. Our team will:
Edit and prepare your files (trim voice, enhance images)
Design your QR or engraving with care
Send your memory into production.
We do all the tech and design behind the scenes. You just bring the love.
❓ Q: How long does it take to make my piece?
A: Each piece is handcrafted with detail and emotion.
Because we edit audio/photos and build everything from scratch, please allow 3–5 business days before your piece ships.
(For preorders: shipping starts from [date] and goes in the order they’re received.)
❓ Q: Can I hear or test the QR code before it's sent?
A: Yes — just mention it at checkout or email us after your order.
We’ll send you a preview of your QR code so you can test it before engraving.
❓ Q: Will my necklace tarnish or fade?
A: No — we use high-quality stainless steel, gold-filled, and sterling silver, all designed to last for years, even with daily wear.

Stainless steel and gold-filled pieces are water-resistant, skin-safe, and highly durable. They won’t tarnish or turn green.

Sterling silver is a precious metal and, by nature, may gently lose its shine over time due to exposure to air and skin. But don’t worry — with proper care and occasional polishing, it will regain its original glow. That’s the beauty of real silver: it’s built to last and refresh.
❓ Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship in Europe directly from Crete, Greece.
All orders include tracking, and you’ll be updated every step of the way.
❓ Q: Can I order now and ship it as a gift later?
A: Absolutely. Just select “Gift Option” at checkout and let us know your desired delivery timeframe. We’ll time it and include a handwritten card if you'd like.
❓ Q: Can I return or change a personalized item?
A: Because each piece is made just for you, we don’t accept returns on custom items.
But if there’s ever an issue (wrong engraving, damaged in transit, etc.) — we’ll make it right. Always.
❓ Q: Can I put multiple things in one piece? (Photo + voice, etc.)
A: In most cases, yes! Some of our designs allow for photo + name + QR code or voice + coordinates + symbol.
If you’re unsure, send us a message — we’ll help you create the perfect combination.
❓ Q: What if I’m not tech-savvy?
A: You don’t need to be.
Just upload your files and tell us what you want engraved.
We’ll take care of editing, cropping, generating the QR, and making sure everything works perfectly before it ships. We generate permanent, scannable links that never expire.
❓ Q: Can I add a message or note inside the box?
A: Yes! Just write your message at checkout and we’ll include it in a beautiful printed note inside your gift box — at no extra charge.
❓ Q: Is your packaging gift-ready?
A: Every piece comes in our signature keepsake box, ready to gift — no extra wrapping needed. It feels like opening a memory, not just a necklace.
❓Q: Can I use any song or voice recording?
A: Yes! Just paste a Spotify, YouTube or voice note link — we’ll handle the QR.
❓Q: What if I only want initials or a quote?
A: You can. You choose what goes on front and back.
